When you purchase a product via the Seventh and Two website you are accepting the following terms and conditions which are legally binding. Please read through carefully before making your purchase.

Customers must provide their contact details including full name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. Customers warrant that the payment details provided when purchasing products are theirs and are valid and correct.


Seventh and Two recognises and respects your privacy and treats your personal information as confidential. All personal details provided will be kept safe, secure and confidential and will not under any circumstances be distributed to third parties. Your details will be kept on a private database for Seventh and Two use only.


For our online retail shoppers we accept payment using Credit Card. We do not accept pay pal, after pay, cheques, cash or money orders.

For our online wholesale shoppers we accept payment using Credit Card or direct bank transfer. We do not accept pay pal, after pay, cheques, cash or money orders.

All payments are processed at the point of order. Please ensure all contact details are correct when placing an order so we can get in touch should there be any issues.

It is the responsibly of the buyer to ensure that they have entered their address correctly. In the instance that a buyer submits an incorrect undeliverable address, or provides an incorrect address that gets accepted by someone other then themselves, or fails to collect their parcel from their post office within suitable time, this is an error on the buyers behalf. 

In these instances, if your parcel is returned back to us, it is the buyers responsibility to pay any onward shipping fees to have the parcel resent or sent to an amended address. In the instance that your parcel is unable to be returned to us, you will not qualify for a refund.


All product prices, shipping prices and payment transactions on the Seventh and Two website are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD).


All products bought on the Seventh and Two website include GST. Products shipped internationally may attract customs duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to pay any additional customs duties and taxes on the delivery of your products.


Seventh and Two products are not available for commercial sale, commercial packaging or commercial use. This includes the use of our papers, wraps and materials in any commercial sense where you produce products that you sell. The only exception to this rule, is approved Seventh and Two stockists who have been approved to sell our products (in full and in Seventh and Two packaging) at their approved retail premises.


Seventh and Two is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. You will receive an order confirmation email and invoice via email once your order has been received. Standard delivery timeframes are between 5-10 business days; pending availability and payment authorisation. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 4 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Orders placed on a Monday will be processed the next business day (excluding holidays). Orders placed on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

The Seventh and Two customer service team will contact you if the product you have selected is not currently in stock.


Please choose carefully. Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.


Unless prior approval has been granted (wholesale), our products are not for resale or commercial use.
